What is Vision Zero?

Today in Jersey City, there are an average of 300 crashes and 9 traffic fatalities each year. In response to these numbers, and a recent spike in traffic injuries and fatalities, Mayor Steven M. Fulop signed an executive order adopting “Vision Zero.”
